Etsy has new guidelines to ensure a great customer experience. These guide lines includes shipping time, response time to customer messages and making sure customer reviews are good. I've been a Star Seller for 6 months! I was surprised that only 0.5 % of Etsy sellers have achieved this, and I'm one of them. Woohoo!
